CANCELLATION POLICY:
"With the exception of the event being postponed to the 'Rain Day' on Saturday 22nd September 2012 for which no money will be refunded, if the event is cancelled and/or abandoned you may claim a refund of only the value that the ticket was purchased for:
a) Prior to the Event Day because of adverse weather conditions - a full refund
b) Between the hours of 8PM to 11PM on the Event Day or the 3 hour period chosen on the Rain Day:
i. Less than 30 minutes because of adverse weather conditions - a full refund
ii. Less than 90 minutes because of adverse weather conditions - a 50% refund
iii. More than 90 minutes - No refund
In no other circumstances can money be refunded."
